self defence for UNIVERSITY STUDENTS - online course
Stay Safe at University and College is our online self defence course for college and university students of any gender, aged 16+.
It is ideal for freshers or anyone living away from home for the first time.
“I cannot recommend this training highly enough. Dene presents an honest and straightforward method that’s easy to remember without any unnecessary detail to complicate things (no martial arts here!).
We booked the session for our daughters in readiness for them heading to university in big cities but, as mums in our mid-40s, this was an eye-opener and training that will benefit us all.”
Ms C.R
WHAT IS STAY SAFE AT UNIVERSITY AND COLLEGE?
We’ve taught self defence to thousands of students in schools, colleges and universities around the UK.
What we’ve learnt is that:
Female students and students in the LGBTQ+ community often feel nervous about their safety, especially when out at night
Many uni students are worried about burglaries and theft
Students aged 16 - 24 are statistically more likely to be victims of crime (Crime Survey for England and Wales 2023).
If you are feeling like this, you’re not alone.
These are common concerns that we address in our online program, costing just £36.99.
Our goal is for you to enjoy a safe and fun uni experience.
We’ll give you tips and advice to avoid becoming a victim
We’ll show you how to defend yourself physically, should all else fail
What we teach is inclusive for people of all abilities.
